Primely located within London’s financial district BEH were enlisted to carry out a Category-A refurbishment on behalf of BNP Paribas Real Estate. The scope was extensive; over 100 linear metres of double-glazed partitioning were removed and mechanical and electrical modifications were completed throughout to suit an open-plan layout. The existing lighting was also upgraded to suit modern-day requirements. With the meeting rooms and reception being retained this space now provides the perfect blank canvas for a new incoming tenant.
