An experienced Project Lead with a knack for inspiring senior leadership and clients alike. His skill set and experience enable the smooth delivery of multiple projects. As a highly knowledgeable senior management professional, Malcolm’s focus is optimising BEH’s performance, utilising his wealth of experience in the commercial fitout/ design & build marketplace.
Director – Head Of Projects
Lawrence is the first point of contact from the initial meeting until final sign-off. Working alongside clients and our expert delivery teams, Lawrence is responsible for the management and delivery of your project, ensuring it is delivered the BEH way. Determined and focused with a calm, unflinching manner Lawrence has produced large-scale, complex fitout schemes for our most trusted clients.
Guy was a co-founder of BEH and has been a board member since 2004 acting in an advisory capacity offering an independent view to the management team and board on the overall strategy and development of the company.
Head Of Operations
An exceptional communicator, Vikki’s role as Operational Head sees her liaise with our most valued clients and trusted contractor partners alike. She determines their needs and ensures we provide the best possible standard of consistent, construction planning and delivery. Vikki assists and influence our corporate policy development, whilst ensuring BEH maintains our commitment to the highest possible standard of Health & Safety.
Sasha is responsible for managing all financial and accounting operations ,developing financial strategy including financial reporting/analysis and cash flow forecasting.
Jasmine co-ordinates and maintains our internal office procedures, helping us to achieve high levels of organisational effectiveness. She also assists in day-to-day operations and improving company procedures. Put simply, Jasmine makes our office run like clockwork.
Senior Project Manager
Kieran’s pivotal role within the business is focused on making sure we deliver the fundamental elements of each project. As senior PM, he employs an experienced and balanced approach to resolving situations where competing drivers can pull against a scheme’s completion. Kieran’s input ensures a seamless transition between the pre-contract and construction phases.
George is responsible for coordinating our internal resources and sub-contracting teams to make sure all projects are executed successfully. As well as assisting in the development of project scopes and guaranteeing technical feasibility, George supports the project leadership team in ensuring all BEH projects are delivered on-time and within the agreed scope and budget.
Laurie supports the Project Management Team and assists in co-ordinating the availability and allocation of resources. Using a variety of tools and techniques, he measures project performance and delivers this insight to the Senior Leadership Team.
